- b. The delivery confirmation will serve as evidence of successful delivery to the address specified during the checkout process.
- Liability and Refunds:
- a. ZeraSculpt assumes no responsibility for packages once the delivery is confirmed by the selected delivery service. This includes any loss, theft, damage, or delay that may occur after the delivery confirmation.
- b. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is accurate and secure. ZeraSculpt will not be liable for any issues arising from an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.
- c. ZeraSculpt does not offer refunds or replacements for products that have been confirmed as delivered by the selected delivery service. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

The fees associated with your purchases will appear on your Active Credit Card statement through identifier "Zera Sculpt." All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars, are payable in U.S. Dollars. Failure
to use the Product(s) does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any of the associated charges. Subject to the conditions set forth herein, you agree and understand that ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
